Service Description: Donor Getaways provides a platform for the redemption of certificates purchased or won by donors in support of nonprofit organizations. We facilitate the process of redeeming these certificates for travel-related offerings but do not act as a seller of travel.

No Responsibility for Travel Packages: Engaged Good dba Donor Getaways is not responsible for the content, quality, or availability of any travel package associated with redeemed certificates. We do not control or guarantee the booking process, travel arrangements, accommodations, or any aspect of the stay. All such matters are the sole responsibility of the third-party providers or vendors offering the travel packages.

Limitation: Any issues, disputes, or claims related to the booking, travel, stay, or accommodations must be directed to the relevant third-party provider. Donor Getaways disclaims all liability for any dissatisfaction, loss, or damages arising from the use of a travel package redeemed through the Website.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engaged Good dba Donor Getaways, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Website or any redeemed travel package, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Website shall not exceed $100.
